A true delicacy from the forest!
Rich, aromatic, and full of flavor: This goulash is simmered for hours until the meat is tender and juicy, and prepared with red wine. We serve it with our homemade hunter's gnocchi, lovingly made from a combination of bread, eggs, and pancetta with carefully selected spices, or grilled polenta with our Gorski kola nut mushrooms.
